1.1干燥設備目前有多種技術應用,其中熱風干燥是最常用的設備之一,但由于工作能耗大,應用范圍在逐步縮??;另有除濕干燥和真空負壓干燥設備,兩者各有優勢,下面對除濕干燥做單獨介紹,建議用戶使用。

1.2除濕干燥機工作原理


1.2.1露點保持在-40℃,去除水份,使吹入料斗中的熱空氣幾乎是不含水分的。
1.2.2經循環使用時含有水分的濕熱空氣在氣流的出口處,重新送至水分去除之前的部位分子篩進風口處,已使用的熱空氣完全進入下一環節,所有的熱量沒有一點損失,都重新利用起來,故節能、環保。
1.2.3所有工藝參數均是通過觸摸接觸直接輸入,直觀明了。
1.2.4各種參數工作狀態直接反映在顯示屏上,并自帶保存功能,可以將工作狀況完整的保留下來。
1.2.5機器所含有的各項報警功能,能自動檢測到機器的工作運行是否正常,使機器使用時的故障率處在最低水平。


1.3除濕干燥機主要部件
1.3.1觸摸屏
對機器的運行狀態進行控制,使機組的工作是按所設定的要求進行的;將機組的各種工作如實的反饋給控制中,便于核心控制器將設置命令與實際工藝參數進行對比,及時修正偏差;通過各觸點的快速通/斷區分,機組的實際運行參數更接近設定參數。
1.3.2旋風分離裝置

1.3.3再生風量補充

1.3.5過濾裝置
